By accessing and using Cyberlands' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cybersecurity consulting services, website, and any related services provided by Cyberlands ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

Cyberlands provides cybersecurity consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • IT Infrastructure Monitoring and threat detection
  • Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
  • Custom software development with security integration
  • Security consulting and advisory services
  • Incident response and remediation
  • Compliance and regulatory guidance

Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in separate service agreements or statements of work.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Cooperate with our security assessments and recommendations

4. Service Agreements and Payment

4.1 Service Agreements

Detailed cybersecurity services will be provided under separate service agreements or statements of work that specify scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

We understand the sensitive nature of cybersecurity information. Both parties agree to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information
  • Use confidential information solely for the purpose of providing/receiving services
  • Implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential data
  • Return or destroy confidential information upon request or service termination

Separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be executed for specific engagements.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, tools, and materials developed by Cyberlands remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.

6.2 Client Intellectual Property

We respect your intellectual property rights. Any pre-existing client IP remains your property. Custom developments will be addressed in individual service agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberlands shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from third-party actions or security breaches
  • Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimers

While we strive to provide the highest quality cybersecurity services:

  • No security system is 100% impenetrable
  • We cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats
  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cyberlands harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • With written notice as specified in service agreements
  • Immediately for material breach of terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • For violation of confidentiality obligations

Upon termination, all confidential information must be returned and outstanding fees paid.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, or other unforeseeable events.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
